I just want to say that I am so glad I looked up this company on Google. From the first call booking them to come out to the interaction with Wyatt the tech that came out was amazing. They were upfront with their pricing especially to come out in after hours. I called thinking my problem was one thing and they quoted me for it. But when Wyatt came he still diagnosed my AC and the problem was something totally different. They have integrity at this company! **Excellent service, courteous professionals, and genuine customer care!** We recently purchased a 20-year-old home with a 12-year-old A/C unit and needed a company we could trust for maintenance, repairs, and eventually a replacement when the time comes. Being new to the area, finding a reputable HVAC company was stressful. We called several companies, but our search ended after speaking with Olympic. From our first conversation with Gus, it was clear that he was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on customer service. He took the time to answer our questions and clearly explained the way they operate, the appointment process, including who would be coming and when. On the day of the appointment, Wyatt, the A/C technician, called ahead to let us know his arrival time and arrived exactly as promised. We were pleased to find that Wyatt demonstrated the same professionalism, knowledge, and customer-focused approach that we experienced with Gus. Wyatt thoroughly inspected the ductwork, replaced the air filters, cleaned and inspected the entire A/C system, and took the time to educate us about both our home and our HVAC system. His explanations were clear, helpful, and never rushed. For Olympic, service, honesty, and courtesy are more than just words—they are reflected in the way their team operates every day. Our experience exceeded expectations, and we now feel confident that we've found a company we can trust for years to come.
