Olympic just completed the best HVAC install I have ever experienced. I've done quite a few since I used to rehab houses. From selecting the proper unit, to installing and then making sure I understood how to operate it with all its features, they did an outstanding job. Over the years, Olympic had service my 18 year old system, keeping it running. But when it finally conked out I knew I wanted them to be the ones to install my new system. Gus prepared his quote that covered everything, and the price was fair and a very good value when you consider the quality of the equipment and installation. I highly recommend this company.

We called yesterday because we had no air all weekend. Our thermostat which is a communicating system died on us. Wyatt was here first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem. He went and got our part, came back, and installed a new communicating system. He even changed our filters and helped me set up my app on my phone. He went above and beyond. We were not satisfied with the previous 2 air conditioning companies but now we have found Olympic. My husband and I could not be any happier.

We purchased a new heating and cooling unit from Olympic for an older home with a few challenges. Their service, from start to finish, was superb. They provided a fair and reasonable price and completed the work in a timely manner. Their technicians are polite and professional. Gus, the owner, went above and beyond to keep us informed about the details of the job, and overall every stage of the project. Gus and the team are an A+ company. My unit broke down and became a hazard to my home. This team went on and beyond to get it replaced asap! In summary, Olympic Heating & Cooling were wonderful to work with when my brother’s ancient A/C unit quit over Memorial Day weekend. You won’t regret hiring them to help with your A/C problems. Here’s why . . . . my brother called me AFTER he signed a contract with a different company. I googled them. They have poor ratings on-line and lots of complaints of bad business practices logged with the Better Business Bureau. Then he sent me the documents he signed and they gave my brother (who is not working) a 15 year loan for the installation which means he’d pay $20K for the unit at the end! I freaked out. I did my own research for a new A/C company and contacted Olympic Heating & Cooling on Monday (Memorial Day!) and quickly got a call back. I felt so bad bothering anyone on the holiday but the installation was scheduled for 10 am on Tuesday. With Gus’s help and my own review of the signed documents, I realized that my brother waived his right to cancel after 3 days, there was no information about the brand of A/C system being installed, they did not pull a permit for the install, etc etc. I called the first A/C company to cancel the contract and they pushed back but so did I. My brother told them not to come when they said they were on their way. After I got my final “speech” figured out including helpful information provided by Gus, I called the A/C company again and they backed off. Phew! My brother signed a contract with Gus, got a better price and we knew what he was getting for a system. The earliest Gus could schedule the installation was the weekend and it was HOT. I tried to find a cheap A/C unit for my brother but couldn’t get one delivered quick enough. Then I heard that Gus was going to pick up an A/C unit for my brother! I offered to pay for it and he installed it for my brother. (I donated it for them to use it for the next person in the same situation). Gus spent time talking with my brother about Harley’s and was just so nice to him. He’s alone and having some struggles right now. Gus sent me a picture of the permit when it was pulled. He arranged for an electrician to fix a small wiring issue and quickly corrected a breaker issue identified by the inspector. The inspector closed the permit and everything is working great. In addition, they filled out paperwork with Duke so my brother will get a rebate. I just can’t say enough how Gus went above and beyond to help my brother during this time.

Had an air conditioner emergency. Memorial weekend and a Sunday. Called Gus and left a message and had a return call within 30 minutes. Was at our home within 2 hours. Showed my husband exactly what was wrong, assured us that our unit was good but gave us a lot of information on how to keep that way. Professional, efficient and reasonable priced. Would recommend Gus and his company over and over again. And his wife and I had an amazing conversation while the men did air conditioner stuff.☺️

So my regular AC guy for 20+ years retired and my AC just quit working. I called Olympic based upon multiple recommendations. They were really busy and booked for same day service, but worked things around and called me back shortly and got me a great technician in just a few hours! They were prompt, courteous, reliable, and very reasonable on costs. The tech found the issue and fixed it quickly as the tech (luckily for me), had the part. I see why they get so many good reviews and ratings. I can’t be more satisfied and now have a new AC repair company I can count on. My highest recommendations for Olympic.
